How to check the status of an exchange request: a complete guide to tracking

Tracking the status of a request is an important step in the process of cryptocurrency exchange. Understanding at what stage your transaction is helps to plan further actions and reduces anxiety when working with digital assets. In this detailed guide, we will tell you about all the available ways to check the status of a request on the Nicexchanger service, explain the meaning of each status and give practical tips for quickly solving possible problems.

🔹 Where to check the status of the request: 4 main ways

Method 1: Personal account (the most convenient)

  1. Log in to Nicexchanger.cc
  2. Go to the section «Transaction History» or «My Requests»
  3. Find the required transaction by date, amount or exchange direction
  4. The status will be displayed next to the request in the form of a color indicator:
    • 🟡 Awaiting payment — the request is created, we are waiting for the funds to arrive
    • 🔵 In processing — funds received, the exchange is in progress
    • 🟢 Completed — cryptocurrency sent to your address
    • 🔴 Canceled/Error — support attention required
 💡 Tip: Enable notifications in profile settings — you will receive automatic alerts about status changes by email or in Telegram.

Method 2: Tracking by request number (without authorization)

If you are not registered or exchanged cryptocurrency as a guest:
  1. Find the email with the request confirmation (check the «Spam» folder);
  2. Copy the request number;
  3. Go to the page My Requests;
  4. The system will display the current status and history of changes.

Method 3: Through the blockchain explorer (for crypto transactions)

If the request has already moved to the «Sent» status:
  1. Copy the transaction hash (TXID) from your personal account or email
  2. Open the corresponding explorer:
  3. Paste the hash into the search bar
  4. View the number of confirmations and status in the network
 ⚠️ Important: Blockchain status may differ from the status in the personal account by 5–15 minutes due to the processing time of internal systems.

Method 4: Through the support service

If none of the methods gave a result:
  • 💬 Online chat: button in the lower right corner of the site (response < 3 minutes);
  • 📧 Email: support@nicexchanger.cc (indicate the request number in the subject);
  • 🤖 Telegram bot: Bot.

🔹 What to do if the status is not updated?

Sometimes the request status can «hang» at one stage longer than expected. Here is a step-by-step action algorithm:

  1. Check your internet connection and refresh your personal account page
  2. Clear your browser cache or open the site in incognito mode
  3. Make sure the request validity period has not expired (usually 30–60 minutes)
  4. Check the blockchain explorer — perhaps the transaction has already been confirmed in the network
  5. Write to support indicating:
  • Request number;
  • Date and time of creation;
  • Screenshot of the error (if any);
  • Transaction hash (if you sent cryptocurrency).
 🛡️ Security guarantee: Even if the request is stuck due to a technical reason, your funds are protected. We always help to restore access or return funds.

🔹 Tips for quick and successful tracking

Save the request number — this is the main identifier for support;
Enable 2FA and notifications — stay informed about changes in real time;
Check email (including Spam) — important notifications may end up there;
Use one communication channel — do not duplicate requests in chat and email at the same time;
Take a screenshot when an error occurs — a screenshot will speed up problem diagnosis.
